Tower Tools is a registered trademark of Assist International Building Materials Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Tower Tools", "we", "us"). Our warehouse and office is at DIP 1 FAB warehouse, building 5, warehouse 3, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, UAE.

We manufacture and supply professional painting tools wholesale to trading companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.towertools.ae, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We only collect personal data that you give us or that your browser sends when you visit.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the message you write.
• Quote request: your name, email address, phone number, country, delivery details, the products and quantities you need, and any image you choose to attach.
• Distributor or agent application: your company name, contact name, business email, phone number, a copy of your trade licence and a photograph of your shop.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see the number you call from and what you send us.
• Website usage: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you move around the site, collected by the analytics tools described in section 5.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. We do not sell to consumers and the website is not intended for children.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To assess a distributor or agent application and set up a trade account.
• To arrange delivery of orders placed with us.
• To keep records that UAE commercial and tax law requires us to keep.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it, and we do not use your data for automated decisions that have a legal effect on you.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the website and the business, and only for the purposes above:

• Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Ahrefs, which provides the web analytics described in section 5.
• Zoho, the business software we use for quotations, orders, invoicing and customer records.
• Delivery companies, when we need to ship an order to you.
• Authorities, courts or professional advisers when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

The website uses one analytics service, Ahrefs web analytics, which counts page views and traffic sources. It is designed to work without cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

We do not use advertising tags, session recording or social media tracking on this website. Cookies set by the website itself are limited to what is technically needed for it to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the website will continue to work.

• Enquiry and quotation emails: up to five years after our last contact with you.
• Distributor and agent applications: for the life of the trade relationship, or up to five years if no account is opened.
• Order, invoice and customer account records: for the period UAE commercial and tax law requires, which is currently at least five years.
• Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Ahrefs.

Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete data we no longer need to keep;
• stop using your data for a particular purpose, or restrict how we use it;
• send your data to you or to another provider in a usable format.

Email info@towertools.ae with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are delivered directly to our business mailbox and are not stored on the website itself. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you and any regulator without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
