Cold Galvanizing Zinc Spray for Lasting Corrosion Protection

Tower Cold Galvanizing Zinc Spray puts a high-zinc protective layer directly onto steel and iron — wherever you need it, whenever you need it. The high zinc content forms a sacrificial barrier that corrodes in place of the steel underneath, giving long-term anti- corrosion performance across the UAE, Oman, Lebanon and the wider GCC.

Reliable Cathodic Protection in an Aerosol Can

Tower Zinc Spray combines the advantage of zinc galvanizing technique and zinc spray paint in a single aerosol. The result is reliable cathodic protection for metal — the same principle behind industrial galvanizing, delivered in a portable can your team can carry to any job site.

With a high purity of zinc, the coating gives long-period anti- corrosion protection on outdoor steel and iron. The superior adhesion bonds the zinc layer tightly to the surface so it stays in place during use.

Where Tower Zinc Spray Is Used

Tower Cold Galvanizing Zinc Spray is built for the protection points where rust tends to start. Common uses include:

  • Outdoor iron pipes and iron towers
  • Steel frames, containers and bridges
  • Welding joints and rivet joints
  • Zinc galvanizing layers
  • Metallic outdoor signs

On-Site Repair for Galvanized Steel

Hot-dip galvanizing isn't an option at the work site. Tower Cold Galvanizing Zinc Spray is the on-site answer — restore damaged galvanizing layers, protect fresh welds, and recoat rivet joints without taking the part back to a plant.

It is widely used for long-term protection of steel components on bridges, pipelines, towers and structural frames.
