These terms govern your use of www.towertools.ae (the "website"). Tower Tools is a registered trademark of Assist International Building Materials Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Tower Tools", "we", "us"), which operates the website. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website and the enquiries made through it. The supply of goods is governed by the quotation, proforma invoice or trade account agreement issued for each order, which takes precedence over these terms if the two differ.

Tower Tools sells wholesale to trading companies, hardware wholesalers and paint distributors. We do not sell to painters, contractors or consumers through this website or otherwise. Painters and contractors can buy Tower products from our distribution partners.

By requesting a quote or applying for a trade account you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to do so, and that the information you give us is accurate.

• The website does not sell products online and shows no prices. Pricing is provided to trade accounts on request.
• A quotation we send is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, normally by a sales order or proforma invoice.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices, minimum order quantities, case sizes and availability can change until an order is confirmed.
• Payment terms, delivery terms and lead times are those stated on the quotation, proforma invoice or trade account agreement for that order.
• Product images, packaging and specifications on the website are for identification. Goods supplied may vary in minor respects that do not affect their use.

Applications to become a Tower Tools distributor or agent are assessed by us and may be accepted or declined at our discretion. Documents submitted with an application, such as a trade licence, are used only to assess the application and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of an application does not create an exclusive arrangement unless we agree one in writing.

We take care to keep product descriptions, sizes and guidance on the website accurate. The information is general guidance for the trade. It does not replace the instructions of the paint or coating manufacturer, and suitability of a tool for a particular job is for the user to judge. We may correct errors and change or withdraw products at any time without notice.

The Tower name and logo, the Diamond, Gold, Silver and Noora series names, and all text, photographs, graphics and layouts on the website belong to Tower Tools or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use in dealing with us. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any part of the website for commercial purposes without our written permission. Our distribution partners may use approved product images and descriptions to resell Tower products.

You agree not to use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with other users, or breaks any law. You must not submit false information, upload malicious files, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or the systems behind it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

The website is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on information on it, including loss of profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Liability for goods supplied is governed by the terms of the individual order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
