You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

You must own or have legal authority to sell the furniture

You agree to provide accurate and complete information

2. Service Description

We provide used furniture purchasing services in Dubai and surrounding areas. Our services include:

Furniture Evaluation: Professional assessment of furniture condition and value

Price Quotation: Fair market value offers based on current rates

Pickup Service: Free collection of purchased furniture from your location

Instant Payment: Immediate payment upon completion of pickup

We reserve the right to refuse any furniture that does not meet our quality standards or legal requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing and payment process follows these terms:

Quote Validity: Price quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued

Final Inspection: Final price may be adjusted after physical inspection

Payment Methods: Cash or bank transfer upon completion of pickup

No Hidden Fees: All quotes include pickup and handling charges

Price Adjustment Policy

If the actual condition of furniture differs significantly from the initial description or photos, we reserve the right to adjust the offered price. You may accept the revised offer or decline the sale.

4. Pickup and Collection

Our pickup service operates under the following conditions:

Service Areas: We provide pickup services within Dubai and surrounding emirates

Scheduling: Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance

Access Requirements: Clear access path and parking must be available

Presence Required: Seller or authorized representative must be present

Appointment Changes

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to scheduled pickup appointments. Late cancellations may result in rescheduling fees.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a seller using our services, you agree to:

Ownership Verification: Provide proof of ownership for all furniture

Accurate Information: Provide truthful descriptions and clear photos

Legal Compliance: Ensure all items are legally obtained and can be sold

Access Provision: Ensure safe access for our pickup team

Prohibited Items

We do not purchase the following items:

• Damaged or broken furniture• Items with pest infestations• Stolen or illegally obtained items• Items under finance agreements• Unsafe or recalled products• Items requiring special disposal

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

Service Limitation: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the furniture

Damage Coverage: We maintain insurance for accidental damage during pickup

No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Third-Party Claims: You indemnify us against any third-party claims

Insurance Protection

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect against accidental damage during our pickup operations. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the pickup.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, the following process applies:

Direct Communication: First attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication

Mediation: If needed, disputes will be resolved through mediation

Governing Law: All disputes are governed by UAE law

Jurisdiction: Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is protected by intellectual property laws:

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

Your Rights: You may cancel at any time before pickup completion

Our Rights: We may refuse service for violations of these terms

Effect of Termination: Completed transactions remain valid

Data Retention: Privacy policy governs data handling after termination
